At Element Brooklyn, we want you to love your skincare ritual; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns on most products within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure items are gently used or unopened to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, including any promotional inserts or samples that were part of the set.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items at our Brooklyn studio, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
